Hayai, Ray's Dragon

The partner dragons series begin! Jashin-sama gave every ninja in Konoha their own dragon partner, and this one is Rays. His name, Hayai, i japanese for 'fast'. As his name sugjests, he is very fast. Also, he swims and uses Lightning and Fire based attacks. He is the only dragon to do that.
